Consultations can be pre-booked as an appointment or carried out by telephone or virtually to determine the best treatment/ solutions for your individual needs. Consultations are complimentary
Courses
Courses are available for all treatments, purchase 4 get the 5th treatment free. All courses are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Please ask for further details
Late Cancellations
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give me a call or send me a message letting me know. Failure to do so will incur a 50% charge.
Late Arrivals
I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete the full service you booked and you may be charged full price.
Payment Policy
All Major credit cards accepted. All courses must be paid in full at the time of booking. Gift Cards and courses are non-refundable. 25% deposit of your chosen treatment is required on your first booking at Essentials.
Data Protection
All clients details are kept secure and protected in accordance to the Data Protection Act.
